Lei Viuletta, T4 in Tourette/Loup, la capitale des violettes

Owners of Lei Viuletta, grow violets in Tourette/Loup; this small medieval village is the world capital for this flower. The house is their own house. Therefore it is very cosy and nicely furnished, it has a lot of charm. The outside looks like a traditional Provence house, the inside is very comfortable.


It is rented only at summer time and not for less than two weeks.

It is located on the outskirt of the village whose medieval center is at 20 minutes on foot, in a very quiet area among other very large properties; you will have the feeling to be alone. It stands on a large garden with lawns and flowers.

Near the swimming pool (10mx5m), a former stone sheep-pen has been turned into a pool house featuring a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a basin and a WC. A covered garage stands on the property ground.


The villa includes a large living room (45m2) with sofa, TV, desk, … and dining corner, a summer dining room with a large bay window and fireplace, a well fitted kitchen with cupboards, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with a bath, basin, WC, one bathroom with a shower & basin, 1 independent WC.

La maison est leur résidence principale elle est donc très confortable et très bien agencée; elle a beaucoup de charme. L’extérieur est dans le style vieux mas provençal et l’intérieur a tout le confort moderne.

Les propriétaires ne la louent qu’en juillet/août et pour des périodes d’au moins deux semaines

La villa est située à la périphérie de Tourette/Loup dont le centre médiéval est à 20 minutes à pied, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Elle a un grand jardin et une piscine.

Près de la piscine (10mx5m), une ancienne bergerie en pierres de taille a été aménagée en pool house avec une kitchenette, une salle d’eau, et un WC. Il y a un garage couvert sur la propriété.

La villa a un grand séjour (45m2) avec sofa, TV…, une salle à manger d’été avec une grande baie vitrée et une cheminée, une cuisine très bien équipée avec placards, cuisinière, four, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, une buanderie avec machine à laver et douche, 2 chambres avec lit double, 1 chambres avec lits superposés, une salle de bain avec baignoire & WC, une salle d’eau, 1 WC indépendant.
